The
RPG Litigation Support Department, headed by John
Broadhead, provides a comprehensive advice
and reporting service which covers claims for loss of
income and capital, matrimonial and partnership disputes,
commercial fraud and professional negligence.
Detailed
expert reports are presented to the client and their
advisers within a framework and timescale dictated by
the individual case.
RPG are experienced in providing evidence in Court
and accept instructions and cases in any UK location.
As expert witnesses the directors have handled cases
of all sizes, including personal injury claims in excess
of £2million. The department has expertise in
acting on behalf of both defendant and plaintiff.
Initial
consultations and early case assessments are provided
free of charge with all ongoing costs agreed within
a scale of charges commensurate with the nature of the
claim.
