The RPG philosophy manifests itself in directors and staff having direct relationships with clients as they help them develop their businesses and wealth.

To achieve this we need a whole range of staff and regularly recruit candidates for all areas of our organisation.

We have a programme of recruitment taking on three trainee Chartered Accountants each year for our business services and audit sections.

What we are looking for bright, self-starters who are willing to be committed team players. Those who want it will get responsibility early and the chance to interface with clients as soon as they are ready.
