Across the Group we have 13 directors and 42 staff. This ratio ensures that we deliver a director led service.

We work very hard to ensure that our clients' interests are at the forefront of everything we do in all areas of the Group's services. For this reason, we have relationships with clients and introducers that go back many decades.

Fees

Our business model is based upon directors and professional colleagues within the firm working hard to provide an effective service whilst maintaining professional standards at all levels. This means we are able to deliver a very personal service at an affordable cost.

Company History

With roots going back a century, the accountancy firm of Royce Peeling Green – RPG – once based at offices in Manchester's Hilton Street and now at the Deva Centre, Trinity Way, is one of the best known and highly respected firms of chartered accountants in the North West and North Wales. In response to the wishes of clients, introducers of work and prospective clients the firm established an office in Central London offering the full range of RPG services.

As all our offices continue to grow the firm has recently recruited three further members of our senior professional team to ensure we are able to maintain our director led service.

RPG EXPANDS EXPERTISE WITH THREE NEW APPOINTMENTS

We are pleased to welcome three new members to the team.

Martin Chatten joins the company as National Head of Audit. Martin has spent the majority of his career at large accountancy firms and is a fellow of the ICAEW.

For over 20 years he has worked with a wide range of entities: start up and owner managed businesses, not for profit organisations, pension schemes, charities, international and listed companies. Martin has extensive auditing and reporting expertise, including listed companies and IFRS, and has been involved with many corporate transactions; funder and acquirer due diligence, business plan validations and working capital reports to support fund raisings.

Alan Coleman joins RPG as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Alan has worked at Ernst & Young in London and also at KPMG in Manchester working on high profile insolvencies including Barings Group of Banks and Commodore Computers. Alan now specialises in advising owner managed businesses and self employed individuals with cash flow problems and insolvency issues. Alan is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Laura Hutchinson strengthens the company's private client team as Senior Personal Tax Consultant. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA), and has over 16 years of experience in helping high net worth individuals understand and lessen their tax burden. She has gained her expertise from working within firms ranging from large international accountancy firms to a small niche tax practice, giving her the breadth of knowledge to tackle complex issues such as inheritance tax planning, UK and offshore trusts, taxation on divorce and mitigating the new higher level of income tax rates.
